Zestoretic

Side Effects

As with any medicine, there are possible side effects with Zestoretic. However, not everyone who takes it will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate the medication well. When side effects do occur, they are often minor and either require no treatment or can easily be treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.
 
The most common side effects with Zestoretic include:
 
  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Cough (see Lisinopril Cough)
  • Fatigue
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting (when standing from a sitting or lying down position).
