Generic Uniretic

Several companies manufacture a generic Uniretic (moexipril/HCTZ) product, including Paddock Laboratories, Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Glenmark Generics, Inc. The United States Food and Drug Administration has determined that the generic versions of Uniretic are equivalent to the brand-name drug. However, generic medications can have different inactive ingredients than the brand-name product, which may cause problems for some people.
