Storage Methods

Tarka should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Tarka tablets should be kept in an airtight container.
 
Keep Tarka and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Tarka?

If you do not take your Tarka as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with normal dosing. Never take a double dose!
 

Strengths

Tarka capsules are available in several strengths, each with different amounts of either trandolapril or verapamil ER. These strengths include:
 
  • Tarka 2 mg/180 mg -- which has 2 mg of trandolapril and 180 mg of verapamil
     
  • Tarka 1 mg/240 mg -- which has 1 mg of trandolapril and 240 mg of verapamil
     
  • Tarka 2 mg/240 mg -- which has 2 mg of trandolapril and 240 mg of verapamil
     
  • Tarka 4 mg/240 mg -- which has 4 mg of trandolapril and 240 mg of verapamil.
