No research has been done to see if Norvasc is passes through breast milk. Therefore, if you are taking Norvasc and breastfeeding or thinking about breastfeeding, be sure to let your healthcare provider know. Norvasc and Breastfeeding: An Overview

It is not known if Norvasc® (amlodipine besylate) is passed through breast milk. Because of the potentially serious side effects that could occur in the nursing infant, the manufacturer of Norvasc does not recommend that Norvasc be used in breastfeeding women. Therefore, if you are breastfeeding or thinking of breastfeeding, make sure to let your healthcare provider know.
