Rare Norvasc Adverse Side Effects

In some cases, patients may also experience more serious, but rare, side effects.
 These rare Norvasc adverse side effects occur in less than 1 percent of patients and may include:
 
  • Irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
  • Extremely low blood pressure
  • Nose bleeds
  • Fainting (syncope)
  • Numbness of the toes and/or fingers (peripheral neuropathy)
  • Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis).
