Monopril-HCT should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Monopril-HCT tablets should be kept in an airtight container.
Keep Monopril-HCT and all medications out of the reach of children.
Monopril-HCT: What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?
If you do not take your Monopril-HCT as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with normal dosing. Never take a double dose.
Monopril-HCT tablets are available in several strengths, each with different amounts of either
fosinopril or
hydrochlorothiazide. These strengths include:
- Monopril-HCT 10 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 10 mg of fosinopril sodium and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
- Monopril-HCT 20 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 20 mg of fosinopril sodium and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
Monopril-HCT is available as a generic medicine.
