Micardis HCT Interactions

When various medications, such as narcotics or corticosteroids, are taken with Micardis HCT, interactions may potentially occur. Your body may metabolize the medicines differently than intended, which can cause excessive drug levels in your blood. Other unwanted effects can include an electrolyte imbalance, extremely low blood pressure, or increased blood sugar levels. Other drugs that can cause Micardis HCT interactions include lithium, potassium-sparing diuretics, oral diabetes medications, or cholestyramine.
