Who Should Not Take Mavik?

You should not take Mavik if:
 
  • You are allergic to Mavik, trandolapril, or any inactive components used to make Mavik. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of inactive ingredients.
     
  • You have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor treatment.
     
  • You have hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.
     

Mavik Precautions and Warnings: A Summary

There are a number of situations in which Mavik should not be taken, as well as a number of precautions and warnings people should be aware of before starting Mavik. However, it is possible that not all the warnings and precautions for Mavik were discussed in this article.
