Mavik OverdoseIf you believe you may have overdosed on Mavik, seek medical attention immediately. Some symptoms of a Mavik overdose include kidney failure, extremely low blood pressure, and increased levels of sodium or potassium in the blood. Treating a Mavik overdose may involve pumping the stomach if the overdose was recent, or supportive care if the drug has already been absorbed into the body. Supportive care involves treating the symptoms that occur as a result of the overdose, and may include fluids through an IV, medications to increase blood pressure, and closely monitoring the heart and lungs, among other things.
