Blood Pressure Home > Cozar

Were you looking for information about Cozaar? Cozar is a common misspelling of Cozaar.

Cozaar®, which is a type of angiotensin II receptor blocker, is prescribed for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and high blood pressure. Although the medicine cannot cure either condition, it has proven to be effective in slowing the progression of diabetic nephropathy and controlling high blood pressure. Cozaar comes in a tablet form and is available in a number of strengths, including 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. Potential side effects may include dizziness, back pain, nasal congestion, and infection.
