Storage Methods

Lotensin HCT should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. The tablets should be kept in an airtight container.
 
Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not take your Lotensin HCT as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the one you missed and continue with your regular schedule. Never take a double dose!
 

Strengths of Lotensin HCT

Lotensin HCT tablets are available in several strengths, each with different amounts of either benazepril or hydrochlorothiazide. These strengths include:
 
  • Lotensin HCT 5 mg/6.25 mg -- which has 5 mg of benazepril and 6.25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
  • Lotensin HCT 10 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 10 mg of benazepril and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
  • Lotensin HCT 20 mg/12.5 mg -- which has 20 mg of benazepril and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
  • Lotensin HCT 20 mg/25 mg -- which has 20 mg of benazepril and 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
