Were you looking for information about
Lisinopril? Lisinpril is a common misspelling of lisinopril.

Lisinopril (sold under the brand names Zestril® and Prinivil®) is part of a group of medications called angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors) and is approved to treat several conditions involving the heart and blood vessels. This prescription medication helps to control blood pressure, treat congestive heart failure, and improve survival rates after a heart attack. Although most people tolerate lisinopril well, this medication is not suitable for everyone. A few of the conditions you should let your healthcare provider know about before taking the medication include liver disease, kidney disease, and diabetes.
