Drug Interactions With Isradipine

Protease Inhibitors
Protease inhibitors can increase the level of isradipine in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your isradipine dose to prevent this interaction from occurring.
 
Rifamycin Antibiotics
Rifamycin antibiotics can greatly reduce the level of isradipine in your blood, making it much less effective. Combining isradipine with rifamycin antibiotics is typically not recommended.
