Inderal Side Effects

Most people tolerate Inderal quite well. When side effects with Inderal do occur, they are usually minor and easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Common side effects include slow heart rate, short-term memory loss, and fatigue. Among the Inderal side effects that you should report immediately to your healthcare provider are confusion, irregular heartbeat, and difficulty breathing or swallowing.

 

An Overview of Inderal Side Effects

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Inderal® (propranolol hydrochloride). However, not everyone who takes Inderal will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate the drug quite well. When people do develop Inderal side effects, in many cases, they are minor, meaning that they require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are far less common, but can still occur.

Common Side Effects of Inderal

Inderal has been studied extensively in people with many different conditions.
 In these clinical studies, side effects are always documented and compared to those that occurred in a similar group of people not taking the medicine. This way, it is possible to see what side effects occur, how often they appear, and how they compare to the group not taking the medicine.
