Enalapril Drug Interactions

There are several drug interactions with enalapril that may cause your body to respond differently or negatively. Some of the most common interactions involve diuretics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, potassium-sparing diuretic medicine, potassium supplements, and lithium. While certain drug interactions will decrease your blood pressure too much, others may cause your body to metabolize the drugs differently than intended, which can result in the need for close monitoring by a healthcare professional.
