What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?
If you do not take your doxazosin as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
If you miss several doses in a row, contact your healthcare provider before restarting the drug, as you will likely need to restart at a lower dose to prevent side effects.
Doxazosin tablets are available in four strengths:
- Doxazosin 1 mg
- Doxazosin 2 mg
- Doxazosin 4 mg
- Doxazosin 8 mg.
