Many people may wonder about when they should take
Diovan® (
valsartan). This prescription medication comes in the form of a tablet that is typically taken once or twice a day. It does not matter what time of day Diovan is taken, just make sure to take it at the same time each day to maintain even levels of the medication in your blood.
If you do not take your Diovan as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed one and continue with normal dosing. Do not take a double dose.
