Serious Coreg Side Effects

Some Coreg side effects should be reported immediately to your healthcare provider. These side effects include but are not limited to:
 
  • Unexplained skin rash
  • Itching
  • Wheezing
  • Difficulty breathing or swallowing
  • Unexplained swelling or sudden weight gain
  • Chest pain
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting spells
  • Sweating, shaking, or extreme hunger
  • Confusion
  • Irregular heartbeat.
     

Rare Coreg Side Effects

Rare Coreg side effects occur in less than 3 percent of people taking the drug. Given how uncommon they are, it can be difficult to tell whether these side effects are actually caused by the medication or by something else.
