Coreg Drug Interactions

When medicines such as calcium channel blockers or reserpine are taken together with Coreg, drug interactions may occur. These interactions can cause your body to metabolize the drugs differently than intended and lead to side effects, including extremely low blood pressure and slowed heart rate. Other medicines that may cause Coreg drug interactions include paroxetine, cyclosporine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
