Coreg Drug Interactions

Drug interactions may occur when medicines such as calcium channel blockers or reserpine are combined with Coreg. These problems can cause your body to metabolize the drugs differently than intended and lead to side effects, including extremely low blood pressure and slowed heart rate. Other medicines that may cause drug interactions with Coreg include paroxetine, cyclosporine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
