Catapres Drug Interactions

If Catapres is taken with certain medications, drug interactions may occur. These interactions could increase your risk for developing dangerously low blood pressure or extremely slow heart rate. Many antidepressants can also decrease the effectiveness of Catapres. Some of the medications that may cause drug interactions with Catapres include digoxin, beta blockers, and calcium channel blockers.

An Overview of Catapres Interactions

 Catapres® (clonidine hydrochloride) can potentially interact with several other medications. Some of these medicines that may lead to interactions with Catapres include:
