Calan Drug Interactions

When certain medications are taken with Calan, drug interactions may occur. Some of these drugs that may interact with Calan include aspirin, beta blockers, and other blood pressure medications. Some of these drug interactions with Calan can alter the amounts of the medications in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects or causing the medications to be less effective. Make sure your doctor is aware of other medicines you are taking, so possible drug interactions can be avoided.

 Calan® (verapamil hydrochloride) can potentially interact with a number of other medicines. Some of these medicines that may lead to Calan drug interactions include:
