What Average Blood Pressure Numbers Are Considered Good?

Healthcare providers consider a good blood pressure average to fall within a certain range. For systolic blood pressure, the normal range is from 90-120. For diastolic blood pressure, the range is from 60-80. That is why healthcare providers may also say that a good average blood pressure is below 120/80.
