Nefazodone (Serzone)

Adalat CC in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Adalat CC dose.
Protease Inhibitors
Protease inhibitors can increase the level of Adalat CC in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your Adalat CC dose.
Quinidine
Adalat CC can decrease the level of quinidine in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Also, quinidine may increase the level of Adalat CC in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your dose of these medications.
Rifamycin Derivatives
Rifamycin derivatives can greatly reduce the level of Adalat CC in your blood, making it much less effective. It is generally not recommended to combine Adalat CC with rifamycin derivatives. In particular, rifampin and Adalat CC should never be taken together.
Certain Seizure Medications
Taking Adalat CC with certain
seizure medications can decrease the level of Adalat CC in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of Adalat CC.
St. John's Wort
St. John's wort can decrease the level of Adalat CC in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of Adalat CC.
Tacrolimus (Prograf)
Adalat CC can increase the level of
tacrolimus in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider should monitor the level of tacrolimus in your blood and may need to decrease your
tacrolimus dosage.
