Depression and AccuprilDepression is a rare Accupril side effect, occurring in less than 1 percent of people who take the drug. Because of how uncommonly depression is reported in people taking Accupril and how common it is in society today, it is difficult to say how closely depression and Accupril treatment are linked. A few symptoms of depression include feelings of hopelessness and pessimism; loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed; and thoughts of death or suicide, as well as suicide attempts. If you have a history of depression and are prescribed Accupril, talk with your healthcare provider.
